Ron Martell - Chairman of MicroD
Ron has a Masters degree in engineering and 40+ years experience in computer graphics.
After seven years at Sandia Laboratories, Ron founded CAMSCO, Inc. in 1971 to
develop computer-aided-design systems for the sewn goods industry. Acquired by
Sulzer Brothers Ltd. of Switzerland in 1978, Ron founded Microdynamics in 1979.
Microdynamics, named "Company of the Year" in 1987 by the National
Association of Small Business Investment Companies, was acquired by Gerber
Scientific in 1994. Ron holds 9 patents and has received multiple
entrepreneurial awards.
Manoj Nigam - CEO & President of MicroD
Manoj has a Masters degree in both engineering and business. With more than 18 years of IT experience, he has held
several senior level positions in the IT field. Prior to founding Exim
Technologies he served as VP of Integration Services for HomePoint Corporation,
an eMarketplace for the Furniture Industry from Greenville, SC.
Mona Nigam - Executive Vice President
Mona holds a BSBA Degree in Management/MIS from the University of South Carolina. A Project Director for 8+
years at General Electric's Global Sourcing Group, Mona was responsible for
managing a global development team to integrate various IT businesses systems
whenever GE purchased a new business anywhere in the world.
Mary Martell - Secretary of MicroD
Mary has a doctorate degree in textile technology from Texas Woman's University and more than 20 years experience in computer graphics technology and marketing. Mary,
was Director of Marketing for 9 years at Microdynamics prior to starting MicroD in 1993. Before entering the business field, she was an educator for 14 years at academic levels ranging from elementary to graduate school.

Ron Gordon - Senior Vice President, Technology
Ron joined MicroD in the spring of 2010 as Senior Vice President of
Technology. Over his 25-year career, he helped develop several CAD/CAM and web-based
solutions for the furniture, footwear, and apparel industries. Ron
earned his Ph.D. in Computer Sciences from Purdue University. In his
previous positions, Ron has worked for Gerber Technology, AT&T Bell
Labs, and Microdynamics. He is responsible for MicroD's software
development and advanced technology projects.
Leah Suddreth - Director of Sales
Leah has a BS Degree in Business from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has been in various Sales and Product development positions in the Home
Furnishings Industry. Prior to joining MicroD in 2008 Leah worked as sales and marketing rep for Berkline Furniture.
Meghan Wier - Director of Web Projects & Search Engine Marketing
Meghan holds a BFA from Ithaca College, is a Search Engine Optimization expert and is a internationally known author.
Prior to joining MicroD, Meghan Wier was the co-founder and Vice President of Marketing for Biznetix, a company that designed, developed, and hosted websites, and later as Founder and Creative Director for Impact Marketing Group,
which provided Search Engine Optimization and Marketing, Web development, and marketing services.
Jeremy Garrison - Senior Project Manager
Jeremy has over 14 years experience in Computer Graphics and Digital Design specializing in 3D modeling and visualization.
After graduating from East Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Engineering Design Graphics Technology, Jeremy worked in Atlanta for the Coca-Cola Company
and several Post Production studios creating animations and special effects for commercials. Most recently Jeremy has been working in project management roles in the
furniture industry including Drexel Heritage, Baker Furniture, and Furniture Brands International. These projects ranged from New Product Development to eCommerce implementations.
Tyson Hammer - Senior Merchandising Data Manager
Tyson holds a BSBA in Management from Concord University. While at MicroD Tyson has held numerous positions in the company since joining in 2005. Before joining MicroD Tyson has worked in numerous fields ranging from manufacturing to a high-end professional photography lab and studio. He is responsible for all Merchandising Data in the MicroD family of catalogs.
