Business Development Executive - Technology

We want you on our team of Enterprise Sales Executives selling technology solution products to furniture manufacturer and retail furniture stores for MicroD.


  • Conduct solution-oriented sales with new business prospects
  • Gather and understand customer needs and propose a long-term value proposition with associated increased profitability
  • Research, identify and qualify potential new business leads
  • Follow a proven sales process to make sales in a disciplined way
  • Develop trusting relationships with various contacts within furniture manufacturers and retail furniture stores
  • Close deals
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and work closely with Project Management team to fulfill client requests

Job Requirements

Required skill sets and experience include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4 years' experience conducting solution-sales selling technology to enterprise customers at C-level
  • Previous experience carrying large quotas and ability to meet/exceed sales goals
  • Demonstrated passion for technology, people and customer service
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Business travel 25-50%
