There isn’t a lot of hierarchy to muck through, nor a lot of politics of red tape. I’ve seen employees make change happen from all levels and have seen many of my ideas have an impact on the company.
There is a strong focus on work/life balance and when one of the MicroD team members faces a personal obstacle, leadership is there to help and support in any way that they can.
