Changes are coming this weekend! Beginning Friday, July 29 at 8 p.m. EDT, MicroD and Revalize Software will start migrating data to integrate the customer support systems. This system integration will be largely wrapped up at 9 a.m. EDT on Monday, August 1.
Due to this system migration, MicroD Support and Revalize Support will be very limited between 8 p.m. EDT on Friday, July 29 and 9 a.m. EDT on Monday, August 1. We apologize for any inconvenience during this migration period.
Requests for support submitted prior to the migration weekend may be submitted as you normally do, and those requests will be transferred to the new customer portal during the migration. These will be available to you on Monday, August 1 at 9 a.m. EDT.
Beginning Monday, August 1 at 9 a.m. EDT, support requests should be submitted through the Revalize Customer Support portal, https://support.revalizesoftware.com. You will also be able to view your previous support requests in the portal.
Note: We will migrate MicroD support requests in multiple phases. The first phase of case history migration will take place this weekend and will include support requests submitted in the last two years.
This weekend you will receive an email from Revalize Software (noreply@revalizesoftware.com) with a secure link prompting you to set up your password and profile for the Revalize Customer Support community portal. If you do not receive the link by late afternoon on Saturday, July 30, please check your junk mail folder.
