We’ve used the catalog data, the premium slideshow, and it’s really been great because we carry so much product and I wouldn’t be able to get all of that loaded onto the site myself. It’s really nice to have it all done for us by MicroD. It’s accurate, the photos are great, the details are all there. We’ve seen a significant increase in traffic to the store and the number of leads from the website since switching to MicroD. It’s been great.

Before MicroD, we just had a standalone website labeling different brands but it wasn’t interactive. With MicroD we have a full catalog. We don’t have to worry about writing the specs or anything. We get the full line catalog automatically and it takes the data entry part out of the full catalog.
The ability for clients to find exactly what they want is really important to us because we are a custom retailer and the MicroD website allows us an unbelievable amount of merchandise. [It] gives people a chance to find exactly what they want [and] gives our staff a chance to find what their clients want. The MicroD website gives us a chance to have a plethora of product that’s available in the marketplace right at our fingertips without having to go from website to website to website for the manufacturers and that’s really important as a productivity tool for our designers.
The website has helped us generate more leads and more traffic to our store because it’s such a broad website [with] a lot of content. Our shopper can sit at home, take their time, put a sofa on the screen and put the fabrics on the screen. As an example with MicroD’s website, we had consumers call in with a particular sofa on the screen and a particular drapable fabric on the screen, and they wanted to quote that price.
MicroD handles my email campaigns, content and graphics to my social media posts plus creating my home page graphics and landing pages for brands and events. Not only is MicroD Digital Marketing freeing up my time, but it makes me look like a store that has a huge staff and professional marketers in place.
